Bock

Originating from the 14th century breweries in Einbeck and later refined in Munich, Bocks are known for their low hops, caramel undertones, and smooth, creamy texture.

Bock beers are generally dark, ranging from deep golden hues to dark brown, making them visually striking and warming to sip. Several sub-styles have evolved, such as Maibock for a lighter, hoppier taste and Doppelbock for a stronger, toastier experience.
